Baby massage classes.
5 week baby massage course covering:
Arms, legs and feet routine
Tummy massage routine
Chest and face massage routine
Back massage routine
Full body massage routine
Each session is 10.00-11.00 on Mondays in a 5 week block.
They run at the beautiful St. Nicolas' Church, in Warndon Villages, close to junction 6 of the m5.
All equipment is included with a keepsake on the last session. At the end of each class there will be hot drinks and cake to enjoy.
£45 for a 5 week block.

Baby spa sessions.
Baby spa sessions consist of:
A calming set up for you and your baby with sensory lights, bubbles, aromatherapy scents and calming music.
A relaxing bath with water play for your baby, white fluffy towels and dressing gown.
'Sleepy baby' massage routine with massage oil.
Cakes, biscuits and hot drinks for parents.
The session includes all equipment as well as baby massage handouts.
Held at the beautiful Elmslie House in Malvern (WR14 3AG) periodic Tuesdays, 10.15-11.30.
1 additional adult welcomed (such as partner or grandparent.)

Private infant feeding sessions.
As a fully trained and certified NCT practitioner you will be given non biased, evidence based information surrounding infant feeding.
I can tailor the sessions to your own requirements, covering various types of feeding such as breastfeeding, infant formula, expressing and combination feeding.
The session will leave you feeling confident and prepared for your baby's arrival.
Sessions will be done over zoom at a time that suits you and can vary in length of time, depending on what you want to cover.
